Shipping & Delivery:

Orders ship from our facility within 2 BUSINESS days. If we receive your order on a Friday, it will not ship until the following week, including Priority and Express Mail.

PLEASE NOTE that changes in USPS delivery standards (early 2015) may add to the time it takes for your order to arrive.

For USPS First Class mail, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is sent to a USPS facility. However, here are delivery times you may expect according to the USPS:

  • USPS First Class: 3 - 10 delivery days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2 - 5 delivery days

Priority and Express Mail deliveries are based on delivery after your order is shipped from our facility.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery times include weekdays only and not weekends or days the USPS does not deliver.

When your order is shipped by the USPS you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Backordered Items:

Due to high demand, our hand-made items may be placed on back order from time to time. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as new inventory is received. It is important that all items be created according to our standards so thank you for your patience.

If you order a backordered item along with an item that is available in the store, your order will not ship until the backordered item is back in inventory. If you wish to receive your available item sooner, please place a separate order.

International Orders:

We ship to territories listed on your checkout page.

International orders will take 4 weeks or longer to arrive.

We are not responsible for lost orders once merchandise is delivered to the local delivery partner.

We reserve the right to cancel orders of certain amounts to selected territories and to discontinue shipment to territories at any time.
